  • Develop a schematic layout / block plan to reflect special criteria
  • Review and ensure that space studies comply with American Disabilities Act
  • Field verify building structure as it relates to furniture placement
CAD Services
  • Develop AutoCAD drawings in conjunction with architect's background
  • Create installation drawings
Project Management Services
Financial Management and Timeline
  • Review and establish a project budget
  • Monitor and ensure proper allocation of funds
  • Determine complete and realistic deadlines, advise and facilitate any changes
  • Ensure that each commitment is met or renegotiated appropriately

Partnerships

  • Interface with the architects, designers, contractors, building managers, dealers, vendors, and IT personnel as needed for furniture placement
  • Attend any and all pre-planning, team and post-construction meetings and monitor schedules with project team
Asset Management
  • Inventory existing product - tear down existing product
  • Determine product to be re-used and/or refurbished
  • Manage refurbishment of existing product, if needed
  • Reconfigure area, obtain storage and moving services, when applicable
  • Assist in disposal of any non-reusable existing furniture and equipment

Order Processing
  • As per client's needs quote accordingly
  • Audit / redline manufacturer's drawings / specifications for accuracy
  • Obtain client's sign-off on final order
  • Review order acknowledgment and advise client
  • Track and manage all phases of each client's unique order process
Product Receipt, Installation and
Relocation
  • Engage installation / service provider
  • Determine jibes parameters and restrictions
  • Identify furniture staging areas
  • Verify delivery matrix(es), monitor receiving and freight claim processes
  • Coordinate delivery and installation schedules
  • Review installation drawings
  • Supervise on-site delivery and installation
  • Determine any move requirements
  • Assist in move coordination process
Project Closeout
  • Final walk-through - identify punch-list items
